If one or more of the products you ordered are faulty, please contact us immediately via email to email@example.com or by telephone +30 210 96 33 952, as the courier companies and the post offices around the world allow for few days to file a complaint.
The correct procedure is to declare the package destruction at the point where it was detected, i.e. at the recipient’s country, and then track backwards, step by step, to find out where it was damaged / destroyed.
In the unlikely case that the product was faulty from our warehouse, then we will fully refund you or, if you wish, provide you with other products of the same value, as long as you notify us within 30 days of acquisition. The costs of shipping the product(s) back to Eagle Ray, as well as any costs incured for your full refund, will be covered by us, provided that you contact us first and use the delivery method of our choice
