Cancellation/Refund Policy
You can change any product purchased from Eagleray LP and its online store, for any reason,
within 14 days from the date of receipt, but subject to the following conditions:
1) it has not been opened/used and is in its original packaging
2) its transport costs will be borne by you.
3) the product will be returned together with the receipt / purchase invoice
In the event that a product is defective or we are responsible for an error during shipment,
then the replacement / shipping costs will be borne by our company. In any case, the
Eagleray LP company should be informed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
